Or will they be known only on the eve of the election? I have visited the DAP Penang's website and it is just not good for the English educated and the non Chinese. How to win votes? My guess is in Penang, BN will win hands down even though the climate at the moment is very good for the opposition. So? What are you going to do about it? What is DAP’s strategy in Penang?
