					<description>Ignorance of Mr Black Berry on this issue is not shocking for it could only come from supporters or leaders from BN. (Correction: I think even supporters can't be this stupid).

Like many BN members who are dense between the ears, Mr. Black Bery has totally missed the point and definition of what would constitute a &quot;government&quot;, namely the winning party in charge of the government funds, therefore should finance many things, including fairly funding all schools including vernacular schools. (Like what YB Chow had said).

The function of the opposition parties on the other hand is to scrutinize, check and balance, not coming up with the fund.

Learn that, and hope that one day Mr. Black Bery can be cleverer than the primary school children whom his failing education policy is trying to exploit.</description>
