I received an SMS early this morning from Dr L. He said, “Good news YB. I just called my student, who works as a manager in Batang Berjuntai, she said 80 percent of the workers in her factory will vote PKR.”

I do not know whether this is the mood pervalent among the multi-ethnic factory work force in Ijok.If it is, it will spell trouble for the BN.

The other night, the owner of a restaurant in Batang Berjuntai said he would be campaigning along this line, “Vote the Opposition to shake up the BN. We will be able to get more things come the GE because BN will pour more monies and projects win back the seat.”

Whatever it is, this is a closely fought by-election.
