What a bunch of nonsense! There's no development in a constituency because the local authorities don't act upon the problem. I know, the ruling party like to use this shady tactic to win over the hearts of the electorate. Bukit Bintang constituency have abandoned projects like the Plaza Rakyat, and recently, NAS Pavillion. And the constituency is under Fong Kui Lun of DAP. I should ask them, is this also because of DAP? Ask yourself, what can he do as a rep? He can only highlight problems to attention. It's the local authority who have the power to execute! Is this a valid excuse? What a bunch of nonsense!
