No alliances are without problems especially those with allies with different methods or ideologies. Rome is not build in 1 day. Ronnie Liu says PAS are his "brothers and sisters" (his words). In other words, Ronnie considers PAS as family and Umno as the enemy of the family. But, what is DAP's position between Umno and PAS? Answer: It must be the same position taken by hundreds of thousands of Malaysians who have voted for the DAP through numerous general elections. And the position is this: Between Umno and PAS, there is nearly no difference. They are interchangeable. Both are enemies, not only the enemies of DAP but also of freedom. So, Chow, don't despair. Take a position, a strong position. Also be sure you know why you are taking it. If you are with your constituents, then tell Ronnie either to shut up or give up his DAP membership.
