The PORR has to be built and fast. Going around Penang is not environment-friendly if you are stuck in jams and going round-and-round on all those one-way roads to a destination you see just across the road. However, it is a federal project and it must be toll-free. Push Koh Tsu Koon-lah.
You cannot keep people from coming to Penang. You cannot live without cars. So don't complain just for the sake of complaining. Improving the public transportation is a need but don't expect instant miracles. We only hope/wish the present government is sincere in maintaining and improving. You think developed countries have good public transport just like that ? It takes money to make it run like clockwork and do we have that kind of funds ? That's where our CM must do some marketing work with our federal to get the necessary funds but if it's easy, we would have a good transport system, PORR by now and still not talking about it
